Background

Trajectory & Expertise

After a journey between France and Canada, I settled in Quebec in 2014. This binational trajectory informs my research: it provides a comparative perspective on Francophone and Anglophone education systems, digital policies, and pedagogical approaches.

Holding a PhD in Education from Université de Montréal, I contributed to the development of ministerial digital competency frameworks in Quebec (2019) and New Brunswick (2024).

Before entering academia, I worked as an instructional designer and trainer in higher education, grounding my research in practical realities.
